Spring Valley Estates

The Spring Valley Estates community is located in Pembroke Pines, Florida in Broward County.  Pembroke Pines is a city in Southern Broward County.  It's located 22 miles (35 km) North of Miami, Florida.  The population of Pembroke Pines was 171,178 at the 2020 censusThe community is comprised of 199 homes, with 150 of those homes located inside a gated community and 49 located outside of the gated community on 15th street and 163rd street avenue

Association Meetings

Our meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month and are announced at each entrance as required by Florida Statute.

Meet The Board

The board consists of homeowners of the estates and are volunteers that unselfishly devote their time for the betterment of the community. You must be logged in to view the board of directors.

Property Manager

The property is currently managed by a private company put in place by the board with the responsibility of handlng all matters related to maintaining our property in pristine condition.

Governing Documents

All homeowners should have a copy of all community governing docs.  We also have available on this website  copy of  the docs and amendments.  Homeowners can also request a copy from the management company.
