Please-Please-Please , do not paint your driveways or roof. The only changes allowed at this time to driveways is for all brick - and painting your roof is not authorized and will not be approved. The board is aware that there are homes with painted driveways. They are receiving notices, and will unfortunately be handed over to the HOA attorney.
THe HOA has a fining committee and we appreciate homeowners stepping up and volunteering their time to help the community - We plan on finalizing the procedures and be ready to go soon --Thank you!
Homeowners please make yourselves aware of any suspicious activity around the neighborhood and report it it to the local police. Please lock your car doors and ensure your garage is closed.
Homeowners please take note! All modifications to your homes exterior should not begin until an ARC has been submitted and approved. If you have any doubts whether you need an ARC - please contact the management company. Completing work before submitting the proper paperwork has cost several of our homeowers thousands in unnecessary cost.
If your neighborhood street appears darker at night than normal it could be that the light pole is not operating properly or it may be out altogether. Please report all light poles that are out directly to FPL through this site. There is no charge, but you will need the number that is in front of the concrete pole, normally in yellow and contains approximatley 10-11 digits. That is all of the information that is needed and once it is submiited FPL will acknowledge receipt and will set it for repair/maintenance. You will also help SVE remain safe! Thank you.

Residents, This website that has been up for over ten years and is no longer being updated. In a meeting in December, the State enacted a law that required communities to have a website with certain requirements. This website was in full compliance and the yearly cost was approx $200 per year. As part of the new property management contract, a website addendum was added at a cost of $1800 yearly. There was some discussion, and the website question was tabled and has not been discussed since due to having no quorum. Questions can be directed to sveboard@springvalleyestates.net
