important Notice

Residents:  This website that has been up for over ten years and is no longer being updated.  In December, the State enacted a law that required communities to have a website with certain requirements.  This website was in full compliance and the yearly cost to the association was approximately $200 per year.

As part of the new property management contract, a website addendum was added at a cost of $1800 yearly.  There was some discussion, and the website question was tabled and has not been discussed since because of consistently unable to  meet quorum.
