About SVE
SVE has 200 homes with 150 home located inside a gated community at the intersection of 12th street and 163 Ave; 50 more homes are located outside the gated community at the entrance to 15th street and 163rd avenue. Please see the map to the right for a more exact overview of our location. The red marker indicates the location of 150 homes that are located within the gated community.
Spring Valley Estates also has another 50 homes that are located beginning at the corner of NW 163 and 15 st. and not far from the gated portion of our community. The red marker indicates the entrance to the remaining homes that fall within Spring Valley Estates Phase III

Residents: This website that has been up for over ten years and is no longer being updated. In December, the State enacted a law that required communities to have a website with certain requirements. This website was in full compliance and the yearly cost to the association was approximately $200 per year. As part of the new property management contract, a website addendum was added at a cost of $1800 yearly. There was some discussion, and the website question was tabled and has not been discussed since because of consistently unable to meet quorum.
