Green Tr​ash Container

Regular trash pickup is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays.  

The blue recycling bins are no longer used for recycling at Spring Valley Estates.  

The trash company requests that trash cans not be placed close together because it interferes with the picking up of trash cans. 

The waste management company requests all cans to be outside for pickup by 7 AM.  The green containers can be placed curbside 24 hours before that time.   After pickup, trash cans must be placed out of sight within 24 hours.  Your cooperation is appreciated!

Bulk Pickup 

For Spring Valley, our zone pickup is 3 for bulk items. 

Bulk pickup days are the SECOND and FOURTH Mondays of the month. 

Be courteous to your neighbors.  There have been neighbors that have placed bulk out too early or on the wrong Monday of the month.  If you are not sure when the bulk day is, please review the community calendar,

If you mistakenly place bulk outside on the wrong day, please remove the items until the scheduled bulk day.  DO NOT leave bulk items out. The management company has been directed to hire a private contractor and have the bulk removed and the homeowner backcharged.
